They've opted for power without compromising their peace of mind

Over 2000 Williwaw already sold. 5/5 on all reviews

Three years after the first Williwaw (to cool the attic bedroom), we’re at it again (living space) as the hot weather approaches. Quiet, efficient, beautiful…and repairable if ever needed, it’s only the price that makes you hesitate (20% more since 2020, like many things). But when you compare it with other solutions (an air conditioner, for example), the calculation is quickly done. A 15-minute video explains everything. And for the anecdote, as far as after-sales service is concerned, my first contact was remarkable-it was the creator of the device who called me to answer my question live…

Neil (confirmed customer) – July 10, 2023

Bought in 2020, this fan is excellent if not more so. Its first quality is the absence of noise, and its other first quality is a truly refreshing blast of air. These qualities are particularly appreciated on hot nights. Finally, a remarkable after-sales service. Small breakdown, message left on the Williwaw website, immediate response. Mr. Thirouin came himself and the repair was done in the blink of an eye and free of charge, 3 years after the purchase! Unreserved recommendation.

BAZIN (confirmed customer) – September 12, 2022

I received mine last Thursday and already can’t live without it!
Turning it on is the first thing I do when I get home, whether it’s hot or not. Quiet and powerful, it brings a touch of comfort to my home.

Julien C (confirmed customer) – June 17, 2019

Received yesterday. Assembled in 10 min (it would have been steeper if I’d watched the video, of course…) otherwise, magnificent product, really powerful and quiet.

You can also feel the attention to detail, and that’s a real pleasure…

Nicolas M (confirmed customer) – June 8, 2019

After more than a month’s use, including some very hot nights, the whole family is convinced.

Silence is the order of the day, without compromising on sufficient power to keep cool in the heat.

Arnaud J (confirmed customer) – September 30, 2020

The fan was ordered just after our visit to the Paris trade fair, was shipped very quickly and was very easy to assemble following the videos.

My daughters were very sceptical about my purchase and now they’re asking me to fit the fan to cool the bedrooms at night, I’m even thinking of making an investment next year for the upstairs. I have no regrets about my purchase, just that I didn’t buy 2 of them!

Suhard (confirmed customer) – August 4, 2022

It’s the third one I’ve bought. We have one for each bedroom, and we no longer have to worry about the heatwave at night.
Not a sound and a breeze that feels good!
We would never have invested in an air-conditioner for ecological reasons, but this product has convinced us. It’s an investment, but well worth it, especially as it also runs in winter in the living room with mezzanine, tempering the room. And what’s more, it’s so beautiful!

Carole LASSALLE (confirmed customer) – July 6, 2022

Powerful, yet economical and durable

With just 5 watts of cooling power, compared with 2500 watts for an air conditioner, the Williwaw offers a powerful, quiet motor.

It’s the ecological solution for a peaceful night’s sleep, even in the hottest weather.

You can't hear anything, and that's normal.

The Williwaw’s 9-blade propeller produces two to three times less noise than its competitors, offering a peaceful solution to scorching nights.

Noise level (to EN60704-2-7) :

  • 33 dB(A) at minimum speed
  • 47 dB(A) at maximum speed

Power adjustable from your smartphone

What makes it stand out? Connected, stylish and fun

Its remote control? Your smartphone.

The Williwaw adjusts to your mood, from a gentle breeze to a strong wind. With oscillation from 45 to 270 degrees and 3 speeds, it ensures a tailor-made experience.

It can be controlled via a mobile app for iOS and Android, making the Williwaw a smart destratifying fan.

Adjust its wide, slow airflow remotely for optimum comfort without mess, avoiding flying papers!

High-performance automatic ventilation and destratification

Equipped with an adjustable head and external temperature sensors, it guarantees gentle, inaudible convection, automatically activated when there is a noticeable difference in temperature between floor and ceiling.

This translates into a 30% reduction in heating costs in the space occupied by the Williwaw.

How does it work?

The Williwaw’s temperature sensors detect heat differences between floor and ceiling. In the event of a discrepancy, it creates convection to balance the temperature.

This improves comfort and reduces energy consumption, by switching the heating off more often. Control and programming are made easy via a mobile app.

Designed to last

Made from steel, beech and polycarbonate (like that used in bulletproof glass), and assembled with screws, Williwaw is designed for durability.

All parts are interchangeable, the propeller is detachable for dishwasher cleaning, and the mechanical components are guaranteed for 10 years.

Ventilate even large offices

By balancing the temperature, Williwaw eliminates zones that are too hot or too cold, increasing comfort in open spaces, meeting rooms or offices.

Even at low speeds, it provides a pleasantly fresh feel without causing sheets of paper to fly.

The guarantee: 10 years!

Durable in the truest sense of the word. By choosing polycarbonate, used for bullet-proof glass, for its plastic parts, as well as metal and beech, and by opting for screwed assembly, the Williwaw benefits :

  • 10-year warranty on mechanical components;
  • 2-year warranty on electronics.

What’s more, in the event of a breakdown, the electronic board can be replaced at cost price, thanks to a connector system that avoids the need for soldering, thus facilitating repairs.

Williwaw's assembly session is a piece of cake

Destratifiers, like the Williwaw, optimize heating by redistributing warm air from top to bottom, thus lightening the heating system.

For a space with an annual heating bill of €1,500, the absence of a destratifier results in uneven air distribution, with hot air at the top and cold air at the bottom.

The use of Williwaw mixes the air, limiting the need for overheating. This leads to 30% savings, lowering the bill to €1050, a reduction of €450 per year. Including Williwaw consumption, the net saving is 430€.

The benefits extend into the summer, with the Williwaw avoiding the purchase of an energy-hungry air conditioner, offering annual savings thanks to its low consumption.

Here’s an overview of the savings achieved using the Williwaw to cool a 40m2, 4m-high space.

Air movers, destratifiers and fans are all designed to improve thermal comfort, but differ in their operation and use.

The fan creates a flow of air directed at a specific area, offering an immediate sensation of freshness on the skin through evaporation of sweat. It’s ideal for targeted, personal cooling.

The air blower is designed for industrial use. Its purpose is to mix the air in an entire room, promoting uniform temperature and air distribution. It can therefore reduce temperature variations in a space, making it more comfortable overall.

An air fan is designed to move large quantities of air through a room or open space, creating a current of fresh air that improves the feeling of comfort without reducing the ambient temperature. It is ideal for ventilating and cooling large surfaces, thanks to its ability to circulate air efficiently.

With its ability to move large volumes of air, the air blower is often used in larger spaces or for industrial applications, while the fan is better suited to domestic or office use.

A destratifier, on the other hand, aims to homogenize the temperature in a space by redistributing warm air accumulated near the ceiling downwards, thus reducing temperature differences between stratified layers of air. This not only improves thermal comfort but also saves energy, particularly in heated spaces, as it reduces the need for additional heating.

Assembly is quick, taking just a few minutes. Here’s a simplified guide:
  1. Unpack and prepare the parts: triangle, cable spool, recycled paper shell, ballast, elastomer base, wooden feet, white cylinder, orange rings, and cable clamp.
  2. Unwind 1 metre of cable, pass it through the ballast, the orange ring, then through a segment of wooden foot to the ballast.
  3. Pass the cable through the white cylinder and add the wooden foot segments, making sure they are aligned.
  4. Connect the cable to the socket at the bottom of the mounting well and add the remaining foot segments, aligning and tightening the orange rings.
  5. Fit the pivot, adjust the orange bushes, and assemble the wooden structure, aligning the grooves and ribs.
  6. Place the orange stiffeners under the cable and in the foot segments, up to the center stop.
  7. Finish by installing the triangular shelf, additional weights and elastomer base. Download the Williwaw app and recycle the packaging.

Position the Williwaw fan strategically to optimize air circulation in the room.

For optimum comfort, ideally place it at some distance from walls to allow air to circulate freely.

In summer, orient it to create a direct flow of cool air towards living areas. For winter heat distribution, install it in destratification mode near a heat source to diffuse warm air accumulated on the ceiling.

Location may vary according to the season and the layout of your space.

Choosing the ideal fan involves considering several criteria, including power, noise level, and additional features such as timer or rotation.

But on the market (against Dyson, Rowenta and Honeywell), the Williwaw excels in discretion, aesthetics and power.

For efficient cooling, check the air flow rate and the ability to set different speeds. The price will reflect the technology, features and durability of the product.

Quiet fans are ideal for undisturbed working or sleeping, with models that can be adjusted for height or orientation, ensuring absolute comfort.

The number of Williwaw fans required per room varies according to the size of the space, the height of the ceilings, and the efficiency of the unit.

Thanks to its high output, a standard room in a home or office only needs one well-sized Williwaw to distribute hot or cold air evenly.

For large spaces or those with complex layouts, it may be necessary to install several units to achieve optimum efficiency.

To avoid air-conditioning and cool a space, position the Williwaw in its summer configuration to generate a breeze that promotes skin evaporation, thus reducing the sensation of heat. It is also advisable to open windows at the coolest times, day or night, to let in fresh air, and to use curtains or blinds to block out the sun’s rays, helping to lower the ambient temperature naturally.
